After two years using our Idus 10L machine to develop new products and start selling them in the Spanish market, one of our customers decided to take a step forward and purchase a bigger HPP machine. This is the new Idus 25L machine.

They decided to continue their journey along with Idus due to our reliability, experience and competitive prices in machinery, spare parts and labour.

Now they can increase their production capacity and expand their operations serving not only their own shops but also getting into other distribution channels. The new machine will bring them the opportunity to innovate with different products too, increase the production rate and diversify their portfolio currently based in fresh cod and ready to eat cod products. New products will be available soon in their online shop.

This new 25-lite machine has an inner diameter of 160 mm that improves the vessel filling ratio and combined with a 45-kW pumping unit provides the best possible throughput. In this machine we improved the layout by installing pumping module in a separated room. This makes it completely silent and even more compact. This way the operators can work in a noise free environment and have plenty of space for product flow, work tables, and other equipment.
