Idus customer awarded for their innovation with HPP technology

With many years' experience in the fish market and even in high pressure processing, a group of enterpreneurs wanted to manufacture fresh fish products with no additives and an extended shelf life. In early 2021, with this idea in mind they refurbished a bankrupt company and Böreal Artik was born.

 

To achieve this goal of non-frozen fresh products without additives, the only option was to innovate with technologies that already existed and apply them to new products. In this context they needed a reliable supplier for the HPP machinery, they trusted Idus HPP Systems for this project.

 

Now almost two years after its beginning, serving customer in several European countries, they have been awarded with the Food Innovation Prize of UNEATLÁNTICO for their new applications with HPP in the fish market. You can find the complete article in Spanish here.
